<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">We are excited to invite you to submit your proposals for workshops to be held in conjunction with the 23rd ACM International Conference on Mobile Systems, Applications, and Services (ACM MobiSys 2025). The
conference will take place near Disneyland in Anaheim, California, USA, from June 23, 2025.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">ACM MobiSys is a leading venue for researchers in the fields of mobile and wireless systems, middleware, services, and applications. Accepted workshop papers will be included in the ACM MobiSys proceedings
and published in the ACM Digital Library. The duration and format of the workshops are flexible, allowing organizers to tailor them to the goals and interests of their target audience.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

and be able to attract a number of interesting and high-quality contributions that spark discussions in an informal setting. The goal is to stimulate interactive conversations and inspire new research ideas. We will likely feature a mix of some returning and
