<p class="MsoNormal">Demo papers refer to something that can be shown to demonstrate a completed or ongoing research effort. We are looking for implementations of novel and interesting concepts or systems related to the main topics of EICS.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Lab and Group Demos<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We welcome submissions from research groups consisting of multiple demonstrations. This can mean that groups showcase multiple works spanning different themes, or multiple in-depth demonstrations on a single theme. Please contact the Demo
and Poster Chairs for more details and to discuss ideas.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Preparing and Submitting Your Poster/Demo Submission:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Demo & Poster Track at EICS 2025 offers authors the opportunity to present early results and new ideas on exciting cutting-edge and experimental research. Posters provide an excellent opportunity for researchers new to the field to
participate in the conference.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In addition, we invite demo submissions for cutting-edge systems that make human-technology interaction more intuitive, seamless and enjoyable, or otherwise illustrate some aspect of EICS in an exciting and engaging way. Authors are asked
to describe their intended setup in detail. Presenters should provide a description of what the physical setup will look like. The organisers will provide a standard table, WiFi and electrical outlets. In addition, presenters may request computer displays
and speakers.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Your demo or poster article should be up to 2 pages in length, double-spaced (+ references), describing your work and should be submitted before the end of the submission deadline. For demo submissions, an image of the work, a video demonstration,
and additional information detailing the requirements for the exhibit are also required. All submissions should NOT be anonymised and should include all author names, affiliations and contact information.<o:p></o:p></p>
