We are pleased to let you know that you have been accepted to the Ubicomp/ISWC 2016 Doctoral School!

100: "System Approach Towards Private Proximity Services"

Please read this email carefully as it contains necessary further steps to ensure your DC paper submission appears in the program.

The final version ("camera ready" version) is due no later than Wednesday, July 17th, 2016 at 11:59pm PDT. You will receive another separate email with the committee reviews that will also contain the necessary revisions that are required for your final version.

We will send more instructions about how to upload the camera-ready version of your paper before the deadline. Please make sure your paper conforms with the sigchi paper  format and you comply with the page limits (http://ubicomp.org/ubicomp2016/calls/doctoral.php), which is a maximum of 6 pages total (any acknowledgements, references, etc. must fit within the 6 page limit -- your entire submission must not be longer than 6 pages). Please also refer to the Ubicomp Doctoral School page on presentation requirements. Note that you are required to attend the entire day of the DS on September 13, 2016.

As an accepted author to the doctoral school, you are entitled to register to the conference free of charge, please use following URL to start your registration process:

If you are encountering financial difficulties to travel to Heidelberg, please let us know as soon as you can, emailing the DC chairs at dcchairs2016 at ubicomp.org and indicating in the subject [Ubicomp DC] Travel Support. We will work with you to find a solution.

As a member of the doctoral school, you will also be encouraged to participate in the poster session during the main conference. More information will follow.
