The evaluation is strange. The evaluation is only for decision tree. The<br>
main part of this system is the duty cycle control and energy-saving.<br>
Therefore, the efficiency of proposed duty cycle control have to be<br>
described, such as how much energy can be saved with this system, and how<br>
much detectability is remaining even if the duty cycle control is used.<br>
