[dcchairs2016] Adjunct preface UbiComp/ISWC 2016

Hello Adjunct Chairs, 

I would like to check in on the preface for the front matter? I would like to have it by August 5. Last years is attached. 

I will gather the rest of the Adjunct front matter from PCS (reviewers) and the website (PC, committee etc). 

If I have yet to receive the order you wish your submissions to appear within the track table of contents in the proceedings, please send it before August 1. The tracks will be ordered in the following order, as in previous years, unless I hear otherwise: 
Posters
Demos
Doctoral School
Design Exhibition
Workshops (I already have the order of workshops for the table of contents - thank you!)
 
If you have reviewers outside of the PCS database (I can collect these directly), please let me know and **mark the email ‘UbiComp/ISWC 2016 Adjunct  Reviewers’**.
