Hi Alex

we are still sorting out things, but I think we should be able to support travel up to $1,500 (in total, including cabs, trains, buses).

Here a better description of how to follow this rule for UCSD, I am sure that UW has a similar page somewhere.

Does your flight fall in this category? What is the rate?

Just to make it clear, you will be paying for the flight yourself and then claim reimbursement after the conference? Would tag work?
